This is what I wanted to capture: Riley's self-feeding skills. When she sees the animal cracker coming toward her from the package, she opens her mouth and leans forward as if it's just going to float right into her mouth. But after some "teaching," we've gotten to the point where I can put it in her hand and she takes it from there. I find myself cheering every time she does it...who would've thought such silly little moments could make your heart so happy?
